Obituary of John Joseph Quinn

John Lucky Quinn of Englewood, FL passed away on Monday, February 21, 2022. He was born in New Haven, CT to Robert Quinn and Katherine Kruszewski. He was the owner and chef of Roslyn's Restaurant in Gilford, CT. He lived in Bennington, VT and worked for Chemfab. He moved to Englewood, FL in 1991 where he worked for Ban-A-Bug, was the owner and chef of MiPi restaurant and retired from the Charlotte County School System. He is survived by his wife Gloria Quinn, two sons: Colby (Larisa) of New Jersey, Jesse of Englewood, FL; his daughter Deborah of Arcadia, FL and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers: Robert and Lenard. A private service and burial will be held in the spring at the family plot in Vermont. In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to the Englewood Helping Hands 700 E. Dearborn St. Englewood, FL 34223. Englewood Community Funeral Home has been selected to handle arrangements.
